  Extremely rude, condescending manager. This woman has no idea how to treat customers and desperately needs customer service training. We purchased a t-shirt here and came in with it (no receipt, but all tags still attached) to exchange for the exact same one in a different size and she REFUSED, telling us it would screw up her inventory. You could tell she loved the fact that she had the power to tell us no. Hopefully the owner of this store realizes that this woman is horrible to customers and to business. We were the ONLY PEOPLE in the store and had other purchases we were going to make, but we set them down after being treated so horrendously by this awful woman.
